Yoga With the magical effect of dance, you will not believe the change in your body! Or are you one of those who ask for everything, and most importantly, those who want it all at one time? Then Yoga-dance is the ideal exercise for you. Yoga, which improves strength and flexibility, enhances breathing technique, regulates body balance in a healthy way. When your body is doing yoga, adaptation learns the correct and healthy posture when doing pilates. As your strength and muscle strength increase, all your limbs will work in a coordinated way. When we combine these two teachings together and add some ballet steps, yoga-dance exercises emerge. You will be aware that not only you but your surroundings will notice the prominence of your body lines as your conditioning will increase as a result of regular exercises. Regularly, we suggest you practice the following program at least once a week, either alone or in combination with cardio-strength training.
- 30 minutes of muscle strengthening program
- 30 minutes of yoga-dance
- 30 minutes of cardio work such as running, walking, aerobics

The degree of difficulty of yoga-dance moves is high. You also have to keep your concentration constant when you’re doing movements. So it is enough for 3 to 5 reps (right and left sides of your body) to beginners. As your body acclimates to yoga-dancing, you can take these repetitions 6 to 8 times. You should take care to do exercises with slow and soft movements. You must take the breath away in a calm way and give it away. You should be careful that your large muscle groups are stretched to provide the best balance. Your spine should be steep. Especially when you feel that your strength is diminishing, you should take care not to put on your joints. You will see positive changes in your muscles and in your physics in a very short time if you notice what you read until now. You will feel as light as a feather in a short time, be fit, beautiful and happy.
